- Pro / Am1 - 1 round short tees, 1 long tees
- Am2 / Jr. - 2 rounds short tees

Pro: $25*
Am1: $20*
Am2 / Jr.: $15*
- All C.F.D.G.C. members will receive $5 off of their entry fee.
- You may join or renew the day of the event.

- * $5 of your entry fee will be donated to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
- Allen Koehler will be running a 9 hole, Mini-golf round after the awards ceremony.
